Macquarie University – Mahidol University Seed Grant

Objectives:

  • Support collaboration which leads to excellent research by teams comprising academics from both institutions.
  • Enhance the scale and focus of research in areas of mutual interest
  • Promote engagement at all academic levels through the diverse composition of research teams
  • Lead to international research training opportunities for promising doctoral candidates
  • Establish a basis for further research collaboration funded by sources external to both institutions
  • Support the development of long-term strategic research alliances between the two universities

Funding information:

  • Two joint research projects per year
  • A duration up to 12 months
  • Total funding of AUD$20,000 with contribution of AUD$10,000 on each side per project (Each researcher will receive AUD$10,000.)

Siriraj International Fellowship Training in Clinical Pain Management 2022

Siriraj Pain Management Clinical Training Center, Department of Anesthesiology, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University is pleased to announce the scholarship program “Siriraj International Fellowship Training in Clinical Pain Management (Academic Year 2022) jointly sponsored by the International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP) and the World Federation of Societies for Anaesthesiologists (WFSA).

“Siriraj International Fellowship Training in Clinical Pain Management” is a hands-on one-year fellowship program available for two outstanding multidisciplinary clinicians in pain management, treatments, and assessments for application in low-resource countries. The program will be starting on August 1st, 2022 – July 31st, 2023, at Siriraj Pain Management Clinical Training Center, Department of Anesthesiology, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand. The successful candidates will receive waived tuition fees, accommodation, round-trip air tickets, and the stipend supported by the International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP) and World Federations of Anesthesiologists (WFSA).

The prospective applicants can submit the application documents to irsiriraj@gmail.com until Monday, January 31st, 2022, at 24:00 hrs. China-AUN Scholarship 2022

The China-AUN Scholarship is a scholarship programme under the ASEAN-China Academic Cooperation and Exchange Programme in cooperation with the China Scholarship Council (CSC) with the financial support of the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China. Initiated in 2008, this programme offers 30 full scholarships annually to citizens from ASEAN member countries to pursue their Master’s and Doctoral degrees in China.
