On October 24, 2017, Professor Dr. Prasit Watanapa, Dean of Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital presided over the 9th Spine Deformity Solutions: A Hands-On Course. The course held at Siriraj Training and Education for Clinical Skills (SiTEC), 4th floor, Srisavarindhira Building, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital. The course was supervised by Clinical Professor Surin Tanapipatsiri, Chairman of Department of Orthopedic Surgery and attended by many reputed international orthopedic surgeons.

Siriraj We Can 2017

On September 21, 2017, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital hosted a banquet for Siriraj personnel on the occasion the faculty had been awarded in many areas of specialties, namely, Advanced HA & JCI 2017, Best CRC Award 2017, Best EC/IRB Award 2017, TQC 2016, Thailand Lean Award 2015 (Level: Gold), and Mr. Sonthi who won the bronze medal from SEA game 2017. On this occasion, Clinical Professor Emeritus Piyasakol Sakolsatayadorn, Minister of Public Health, and Associate Professor Visit Vamvanit, Director of Siriraj Hospital, expressed sincere gratitude to all Siriraj personnel who played a significant role on the accomplishments.

Siriraj held Special Exhibition “In Remembrance of His Majesty the Late King Bhumibol Adulyadej”

On September 6, 2017, Professor Dr. Prasit Watanapa, Dean of Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hosptail presided over the exhibition “Sirakran Phrabhubarn Nawamin”- the exhibition in remembrance of His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej, at Sayamindrasirirajanusarani Pavilion, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital. The reporting remarks has been well delivered by Associate Professor Tumtip Sangruchi, Chief of Siriraj Medical Museum, stating that the objectives of the exhibition are to pay the last tribute to HM the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej, to provide a showcase of many royal duties those have been conducted by the late King for the benefits of Thai people.

Invitation for the 1st South and Southeast Asia Clinical Skills Competition

Greetings from Kunming Medical University!

It is our great pleasure to invite students from Mahidol University to participate the 1st South and Southeast Asia Clinical Skills Competition which will be held from November 6-10, 2017 at Kunming Medical University, Kunming, China.

Each University could send only one competition team consisting of three students. KMU would provide them with scholarship covering accommodation and local transportation, while the students should only be responsible for their international travel expenses. We also welcome other students as observers who need pay registration fee USD 150. The information about the competition is in the packege attached. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any questions.

Please send feedback whether you need seats for your students before September 18, and forward registration form to us before September 30.
