Siriraj International Fellowship Training on Clinical Pain Management 2018

On August 1st, 2018, Clinical Professor Wanna Srirojanakul, Former Head of Siriraj Pain Management Clinical Training Center along with Lecturer Dr. Surasawadee Wangnatip welcomed Dr. Caixia Li from China and Dr. Kita Sorboualapha from Lao PDR to undertake a fellowship training on Clinical Pain Management at Siriraj Pain Management Clinical Training Center, Department of Anesthesiology, Faculty of Medicine from August 1st, 2018 – July 31st, 2019.

Result of Selected Candidates to Undertake the Fellowship Training in Pain Management 2018

On behalf of Pain Medicine Division, Department of Anesthesiology, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, we are pleased to announce the selected candidates who will undertake the fellowship training in Pain Management 2018 (1 year program). The namelist of selected candidates are listed as below;

The training will start on August 1, 2018 and finish on July 31, 2019.

International Training Program for Clinical Fellowship in Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Medicine for 1 year

The training is designed to develop expertise in the practice and theory of regional anesthesia and acute pain management techniques. The program emphasizes pre-operative assessment, patient selection, patient education, and in-depth understanding of physiology and pharmacology in the provision of acute pain management. All details of this program, you can find in the attachment.

On March 14, 2018, Professor Suwannee Suraseranivongse, Deputy Dean and Director of Siriraj Medical School along with Associate Professor Siriporn Pitimana-aree, Chairwoman of Department of Anesthesiology, Professor Thawatchai Akaraviputh, Deputy Dean for International Relations, Associate Professor Prapat Wanitpongpan, Assistant Dean for International Relations, Assistant Professor Nantthasorn Zinboonyahgoon, Chief of Division of Pain Medicine, Dr. Pramote Eausobhon, Director of International Fellowship Program, and Associate Professor Pradit Prateepavanich welcomed Professor Andrew Rice, Professor of Pain Research and Dr. Mary Cardosa, Consultant Anesthesiologist and Pain Specialist, International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP), USA to visit Siriraj Pain Management Training Center, Department of Anesthesiology.

In the evening, the complimentary dinner hosted by Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital for Professor Andrew Rice and Dr. Mary Cardosa from IASP at Savoey Restaurant Tha Maharaj on their contributions to Siriraj Pain Management Training Center.
